The Jannabis Wellness company is owned by Janice Newell Bissex, a Registered Dietitian and Holistic Cannabis Practitioner.
Janice was born and raised in Melrose. Her journey began in 2016 when her Dad had terrible side effects from opioids that he was prescribed for chronic pain. He switched to medical cannabis with relief.
Janice’s mission to reduce pain led her to return to school to become a certified holistic cannabis practitioner in 2017 and started her business. As an author and speaker, Janice’s passion is to educate on the benefits of CBD. Her website is a great resource on information on CBD.
Janice works out of her home in Melrose and consults with people across the country via zoom.
I recently fell and hurt my knee; Advil helped but I wanted to try something topical. I tried her CBD roll on and it worked great – reduced pain and increased range of motion. The smell is very pleasant, and the results are almost instant.
Her products are pricey but well worth it. High-quality CBD is expensive.
