LEGO League Robotics Rumble

Today at the Middle School was the First LEGO League Robotics Rumble, sponsored and organized by our MHS Red Hawk Robotics. 10 Melrose teams compete alongside a total of 30 teams from the area.
This year’s challenge asks teams to solve problems faced by archaeologists — from handling delicate artifacts to lifting and moving heavy objects. Come cheer on our students and see their creativity and engineering skills in action!
Melrose is proud to have a world-class robotics program, powered by dedicated volunteer coaches. Our LEGO Robotics teams (grades 4–8) are also supported by incredible parent volunteers who help our students punch well above our weight.
