I’m taking Franklin Square Fridays seriously — committed to visiting all the amazing small businesses in the neighborhood. This week, I booked a facial at Serenity Glow Spa, and what a treat it was!

Let me just say — the spa truly lives up to its name. From the moment you step into the serene waiting area on the corner of Green and Main Street, you feel calm and at ease.
Polina, the owner and esthetician, opened the spa in 2022. Polina is from Ukraine and her husband is from Belarus. They now live in Saugus with their 2 children and a chocolate lab.
Her facials are relaxing, gentle, and especially great for sensitive skin. She even includes a soothing hand massage!
What stood out to me? The whole experience felt genuinely restorative — no product push, just pampering. I left with refreshed, glowing skin, and that clean, calm feeling lasted for days.
