Strummerville Ukelele Club Plays Monthly At Follow Your Art

I don't know what was louder at the Big Yellow House — the music or the laughter!
Follow Your Art turns into part concert, part comedy show whenever the Strummerville Ukulele Club takes the stage.
This fun-loving group of amateur musicians proudly lives by their motto: "We love playing popular songs badly and singing loudly." And honestly, that's exactly what makes them so entertaining.
Led by Nick and John, they welcome everyone — from complete beginners to seasoned strummers.
Their songbook spans classic rock, disco, folk favorites, and today's pop hits, with lyrics and chords projected on a big screen so everyone can join in. Loaner ukuleles and songbooks are often available, making it easy to jump right in.
They host free monthly jam sessions on the first Monday of every month at Follow Your Art. No experience necessary — just bring your sense of humor and love of music!
And you'll have another chance to catch their infectious energy when they perform at Porchfest on September 19. You won't just hear the music — you'll be smiling the whole time.
