TD Bank Clock

I believe I am observant, but I guess not.
In the year and a half we have lived in Melrose, I have walked up and down Main Street countless times.
I love the clock on the old Melrose Savings Bank, now the TD Bank. Today, my sharp-eyed husband nudges me and says, have you ever noticed that the Roman numerals are off on the face of the clock looking north?
What? Yup, the 12 is slightly off, making all the numbers askew. The other face is fine. Just an observation.
