Thank you, Liberty Bell! Not only is the food amazing, but they are very generous to the community. This week they held a fundraiser for Melrose Youth Football and Cheer Teams.
I thought I would branch out from my usual hot dog (they are delicious) and try something different. Don’t judge me but I had the wing ding dinner. The wings were crispy and moist, the onion rings were fantastic, and the French fries are regular fries, my favorite.
Paul got the 2-way combo of fried haddock and scallops. The fish was fresh, tender, and flavorful. There was enough food for my daughter to have dinner.
This family-run, casual restaurant has dine-in or take out.
It is easy to understand why they are a staple on Main St in Melrose. Great food, prices, and service.
