Melrose Celebrates Annual Kindness Day

On Thursday, November 20th, Melrose celebrated the 10th annual Kindness Day with good deeds, big and small, all day long. Facilitated by Melrose Kind, police officers, teachers, DPW workers, hospital patients, older adults, and our local nonprofits were showered with treats and appreciation. Meanwhile, residents bought coffee for one another, shared dog treats, dished out free hugs and advice, and took pictures with the Kindness Mural.

We're sharing some photos and stories Melrosians shared with Melrose Kind, to show off just some of the kindness that took place on Thursday.

November 20th may have passed, but why let the kindness stop there? Share random acts of kindness yearround!
